This site is a private reference resource. It does not store official jail, booking, court, or corrections records, and it cannot certify custody, arrange a release, or file material with an agency. It points readers toward records resources related to Macon County and Missouri, including third-party research tools where indicated.

Permitted Use

Custody information and public records can change, and nothing here is an official statement from an agency.

Indemnification

A visitor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Macon County Busted Mugshots and its operators from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees arising from that visitor’s use of the service or violation of these terms.

Missouri Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Missouri, and disputes must be brought in courts located in Missouri where jurisdiction permits. Nothing in these terms changes Missouri law governing criminal-record information, including RSMo §407.1150, or expungement eligibility and access under RSMo §610.140.

Severability

If a court finds a term unenforceable, that term will be limited only as needed, and the remaining terms will continue in effect.
